What should I check if a code does not work?
- Compare the full code with its source announcement, including spelling and any copied spaces.
- Record the exact message displayed after the attempt. Do not replace it with an assumed explanation.
- Check whether the source states an event condition or a later expiry announcement.
- Compare the named reward with the matching balance or resource in the game.
- If you report a problem, include the code, time, game version if shown, exact message and announcement link.
These are general troubleshooting steps. The reviewed developer posts do not define every error message, a guaranteed fix, a cooldown or a universal redemption-level requirement. A failed attempt alone does not prove that a code is expired for everyone.
What if a code did not give Trait Tokens?
Mol’s October 28 09:19 patch says codes not awarding Trait Tokens were fixed and advises trying a new server if a code does not work. This is the developer’s specific advice for that fix, not proof that every failed attempt has the same cause. [18]
Which old codes were declared expired?
NotTrulyEpic’s October 25 announcement says old codes had expired. The expired-code archive records the earlier October 21 and 22 code announcements against that statement. [8]
The October 26 post adds six codes. It does not state that the eight codes published on October 25 expired. Keep the date of an expiry statement separate from the date of a later code post. [10] [9]
What does “until Halloween ends” mean?
SOUL, SOULREEL and the October 28 code SPOOKYBUFF say until Halloween ends; HORSEMANRAGE says expires when Halloween ends. NEWCLASH lists Soul Tickets without an explicit expiry condition. None of these posts supplies an exact event end date or time. We do not infer October 31 or present a countdown. [10] [15] [16]
